MSParc Menai Science Park, Anglesey, North Wales.
Aerialworx Innovation, based in Anglesey, North Wales are leaders in research, development, design and production of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), sometimes referred to as drones. Our team of highly skilled industry professionals and engineers, are here to bring ideas to life.
We embrace the latest advancements in additive and subtractive manufacturing processes. Our approach integrates cutting-edge CAD, CAM, 3D printing, CNC machining, composite moulding, electronics, circuit board design, programming and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to produce exceptional UAVs.
Our solutions and services are used across a wide and diverse range of sectors. We work with a variety of public and private organisations, maintaining strong partnerships with UK-based companies and leading universities. Our academic collaborations include Bangor University, Oxford University, Salford University, Swansea University, as well as an active collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Alongside this, our work supports broadcast companies, government and defence-related initiatives and is adopted by numerous private organisations and individuals.
We focus on supplying our clients with the most satisfactory services in rapid prototyping and low-volume prototyping and production. We’re here to quickly turn your concepts and ideas into reality, precisely and at an affordable and realistic cost.

All the skills required to research, develop and innovate.

Early stage development, where we start to visualise concepts and ideas and start brining them to life.

CAD engineers create visualisations and digital designs, which are then used for production.

CAM engineers, turn these digital designs to CNC code to create the physical parts.

Our CNC machines, cut, mill and turn, Titanium, Aluminium and Carbon to create strong light parts.

Our engineers, create moulds for composite moulding and injection moulding.

Our composite engineers, use the moulds to create very strong and functional parts.

Our 3D printers, produce prototype and final parts in PETG, ABS, PLA, Carbon and Metal.

Our engineers, assemble all the physical parts to create concept or functional prototypes.

Our engineers, create and install all the components required to make the UAV function.

Our layout engineers, create custom circuit boards for enhanced functionality.

Our engineers work together to integrate customer specific 3rd party products.

Our setup engineers, configure the flight computers and electrical components to work together in harmony.

Our software engineers, program UAV computers, route planning, Artificial Intelligence and SPOT the dog.

Our chief techs give the platforms a final check before first flights.

Test flights are conducted to ensure platform rigidity and stability.

At this stage, we will fine tune and rework any changes required to optimise the aircraft.

At this stage we conduct client training and hand over the final product to the client.

Once in our clients possession, we provide on-going advice, support and consultancy.

Whether it's pre-launch consultancy or post-handover consultancy, we're here to help.

We help local schools and run STEM related activities and competitions.

We collaborate with universities, industry partners and individuals.

We attend shows and events and bring expert knowledge to our client stand.

We are regularly invited as guest speakers to lectures and tec talks.
